With a proven track record, our bearings help ensure smooth, reliable, and environmentally-friendly power generation.
THORPLAS-BLUE
ThorPlas-Blue is an engineered thermoplastic designed for high-performance applications. It supports dry start-ups and can withstand design pressures up to 45 MPa (6,527 psi). It operates effectively in water up to 80°C (230°F) and in dry conditions up to 100°C (230°F). In non-abrasive environments, ThorPlas-Blue exhibits very low wear rates, making it ideal for long-lasting, maintenance-free use in demanding conditions.

THORDON HPSXL TRAXL
Thordon HPSXL TRAXL is designed for high-pressure applications, handling up to 55 MPa (8,000 psi) dynamically and 70 MPa (10,000 psi) statically. With a low coefficient of friction (typically between 0.06-0.12), it offers exceptional resistance to shock loading and vibration, making it ideal for demanding, high-performance environments.

THORDON SXL
Thordon SXL is designed to handle working pressures up to 10 MPa (1,450 psi). With a coefficient of friction typically between 0.10-0.20, it is ideal for dry start-up and can operate in both wet and dry environments. SXL is highly resistant to abrasion, shock loading, and vibration, ensuring reliable, long-lasting performance in demanding conditions.

THORDON COMPOSITE (GM2401)
GM2401 is specifically engineered for highly abrasive water environments. It is stiffer and offers at least twice the abrasion resistance of rubber, along with a lower coefficient of friction, making it a more durable and efficient alternative for demanding applications.

THORSEAL HYDRAULIC SEAL
Thorseal is a highly durable hydraulic seal designed to keep abrasives away from the bearing surface. It can handle working pressures from 0-100 MPa (0-15,000 psi) and is extremely tough, never cutting or tearing. With a low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating properties, and long wear life, it reduces maintenance costs. Thorseal can also be custom designed to address challenging sealing needs, offering a reliable solution for demanding applications.
